Gift Giving

I am working at a school and every December the children bring different presents to all of us. It is so nice to get something from the children that I’ve been working with. Just this week, I received the first and meaningful Christmas gift from a child who really likes me…it was so sweet…Most of the gifts that the children give are the following:

  • Chocolates
  • Candies
  • Gift Cards
  • chocolate cigars – they thought some of us puff, hihih
  • Bags
  • Frames
  • Mugs
That’s it…

It snowed last Sunday…
Went to church and had lunch at the usual place..but we always love the food there ;-)
Then, got a text invite from our friends…they went to the park and tried snowboarding on the hills…so I can’t wait to go home..I was a bit nervous yet excited, hihihi…
Went home and prepared our stuff…
Off to the park and tried snowboarding, weeee…I didn’t go uphill..I just stayed at the middle, still learning how to balance…want to do it again and again….

We’re so excited to try snowboarding this winter. We have our snowboards already but we just need to wax it. Hopefully, it will snow more (but not too cold puhlease) so we could try snowboarding on the hills…Well, we still need to complete our gears….I am missing these things
RockyMountainTrail.com winter jackets – their jackets are really cool ;-)
goggles
helmet
gloves – his and hers
stomp pads for my snowboard

that’s it…hope we can do it asap!

I forgot the name but these folks were a great choir who sang songs at church. They do ministry on AIDS-stricken areas in Africa.
