			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Christmas is fast approaching. Soon, everyone will be cramming to buy gifts for the loved ones. For me, I have not started that yet. Well, we have some stuff ready for wrapping but not yet for everyone. My wife has prepared some really nice, high-end lotions, body bath stuff, soaps and many others for the moms and aunts. We haven&#8217;t had any yet for the kids (nephews and nieces). For brothers and sisters&#8230; how bout bunch of <a href="http://bestweightlosspills.net">weight loss pills</a> or workout stuff. Hehehe.</p>
<p>Kidding aside, it sure is fun to have something for the family. But above all that, nothing beats the feeling being with them this Christmas. Hope we get the chance to go home, me and my wife. It may be expensive but it sure will be a blast and all worth it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I always try to push myself to do some work out at least once a week. Well, I&#8217;m a big believer of health and fitness and that it is vital for us to be productive, happy and well overall.</p>
<p>Of course, in cases where obesity is already a sickness and not just an effect brought about by lack of self-control, there are the <a href="http://bestweightlosspills.net">best weight loss pills</a> available in the market. But for me who just needs to pump the iron, having a regular exercise is already good.</p>
<p>Aside from sweating it out, good diet is also essential in having a healthy lifestyle. One measure that many are using is taking a semi-closed fist and use it as one measure. Now, you need to have 2 measures of fruits and/or vegetables, 2 measures of carbohydrates (rice, potato, bread) and 1 measure of protein (meat, fish, chicken) per meal. <p>Unfortunately, one time, he had an accident. I&#8217;m not really sure what it was but I think it had to do with his knees. The doctor&#8217;s advice was to do an ACL operation to permanently cure it. After that, he needed to lie low on his martial arts which was timely since he then got married and had a kid.</p>

Professional instructors also always remind their students to keep and maintain good practices every time they do sports.</p>

<p>Now I have been going to the gym since fourth year high school (although not regularly) so I naturally liked the idea and the privilege. I got my gym card a few weeks after my first day at work and head to the gym in no time. Now, I am a small framed-guy with a very high metabolism. That means I need to eat a lot to store fat but I easily lose it when I skip a few meals. I&#8217;m generally skinny so I sometimes tried out food supplements or muscle enhancers which are good, healthy and cheap enough that I can afford it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A few days back, my wife and I were discussing how things are changing as people age. People start to feel stuff that they usually don&#8217;t feel when they were teenagers. For example pains in the joints on cold morning. Or maybe memory getting worse.</p>
<p>Although most of these changes can be attributed to the effects of stress (which increases and peaks as a person goes to college and begins to work), I would say it is also partly because of the body&#8217;s changes in terms of adapting to stress. Now I&#8217;m not a medical expert here but it is noticeable to aging people how they are more prone to sickness with the deterioration of their body&#8217;s ability to heal, to absorb stress and to create antibodies to repel viruses. One can also observe how prone they are to accidents, even at home. My mom for instance who still sleeps at a room at the 2nd level of the house, often gets injured on treading up and down the stairs. This is possibly because of her agility becoming less and less and thus, making an ordinary tripping off dangerous.</p>
<p>Now, while aging brings with it dangers and problems, some people do have problems even when they are young. I have some friends who, due to some reason, need to have regular a <a href="http://www.austinwellnessclinic.com/services/bioidentical-hormone-therapy.html">Hormone replacement therapy</a> even at the age between 20 and 30 years old. It may be inherited or acquired, not really sure.</p>
<p>So at the moment, my wife and I try to be as fit and as prime as much as possible. That takes regular exercise, good sleeping habits, enough fluid intake and healthy diet.</p>

Well, we were high school sweethearts and she can still remember how &#8220;pimply&#8221; my face was. She is always proud of not having pimples her whole life. <p>Good thing it wasn&#8217;t that worst though. It was bad, but not worst. A lot of times, I just decided to prick it. That&#8217;s why I still have pimple scars today. Why not worst? <p>For some though, it is their way to earn. Like for example, body builders &#8211; it is their way of life. They need to grow a muscular body to compete. <p>When I started working, at to work with people who smoke a lot. Mentally, I have to adjust. I was conditioned to not being around smokers. But this time, I can&#8217;t leave a job just because I don&#8217;t like being with smokers. <p>I guess many of us had this experience before &#8211; going out of your comfort zone to simply work things out professionally. That&#8217;s just how it is in the real world.</p>

<p>I remember my lolo used to wrap his feet in thick layers of cloth and put layers of socks around it. This way, the cold floor doesn&#8217;t directly touch his feet that causes these foot pains.</p>
<p>I guess it becomes more and more inconvenient but that&#8217;s just how the body works. We cannot stay young and live forever. That&#8217;s why if you are still in your prime years, try to do a lot and enjoy those years before the years can chase after you <img src='http://davaowordpresser.com/wp/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
